The mission of this role is to ensure a supportive and compliant workplace by effectively managing employee-related issues and fostering strong relationships with government organizations. This person aim to provide a seamless experience from onboarding to departure, maintain accurate records, and uphold statutory requirements. Through proactive crisis management and staff welfare initiatives, we strive to create a positive work environment. We deliver accurate employment reports to aid informed decision-making, upholding the highest standards of HR management under the HR Director/Senior Manager’s guidance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day employee-related issues
  • Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
  • Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
  • Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
  • Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
  • Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
  • Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
  • Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
  • Staff welfare management
  • Crisis management with prompt solutions provided and reports provided for higher management
  • Execute all other tasks as instructed by HR Director/Senior Manager

Hiring Criteria

misc
  • 3-5 years of experience in Software QA on both web and mobile platforms
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
