Q1. At what age did you start learning the piano?
I started learning when I was 3.5 years old.
Q2. When did you first enter a musical exam?
Q3. Tell us a little about your first performing experience.
I felt good and excited, but very nervous at the same time.
Q4. What do you do when you get nervous before going on a stage?
I take a deep breath!
Q5. How do you manage your academic work along with piano practice?
As I have very tight school schedule (I have to stay back in school for compulsory extra curriculum at least 3 days a week, plus piano lessons on Thursday), I try to practice after I finished my homework and when time permits.
Q6. Who is your favourite composer?
Q7. Do you have a favourite pianist?
No, not one in particular.
Q8. What have you learned in Aureus Academy?
I have learned proper and better piano skills. My teacher, Ms Bina, has also taught me how to perform confidently on stage.
Q9. What are the cons/pros of being a pianist?
Being a pianist allows me to know, learn more beautiful songs, and also gives me the opportunity to perform and share with more people about my passion in piano and music.
Q10. Do you have a short/long term goal(s) for your musical journey?
My current goal is to achieve the highest qualification in ABRSM and being able to do more public performances even when I grow up.
