About the Role
Aureus Group is looking for an outstanding Social Media Marketing & Digital Executive to join the team and revamp our social media strategy. The candidate will work with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Department to plan a social media strategy, execute, and manage promotions (boosts) on the platform.
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing the social media calendar – Posts, stories, shorts, etc
Basic Videography and photography for social media posts
Work with videographer and photographer for content
Increase followers and engagement with social media followers
Review performance of social media engagement and web analytics (google analytics and web traffic related to social media)
Meet with Centre Managers of Aureus Academy centres for social media engagement
Manage Google Business Locations (Adding new locations, updating details, reviews, and more)
Manage social media marketing budget and expenditure, ensuring spending is in line with budget

Requirements:
3+ years of experience with digital marketing and social media management
Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Business Profile
Proactive and positive mindset working in a team environment
High-level proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other social channels
Familiarity with premier pro, illustrator, and photoshop
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing business social media pages
